Intergaz Ltd. has become the institutional supporter of the SOS Children’s Villages Association. Details of the project and the public announcement was held at a press conference with the participation of the SOS Children’s Villages Association and Intergaz Ltd. authorities. The social responsibility project prepared by the parties will officially start on May 1, 2017, with the document of the common understanding signed at the press conference.

The details of the project, which gained a different meaning due to the April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, can be summarized as follows;

According to the signed joint understanding, while the agreement is valid, Intergaz Ltd. will donate to the SOS Children’s Villages Association from the sales of cylinder LPG gases. The donation fund to be collected in line with the monthly sales report of Intergaz Ltd. will be used to meet the needs of the SOS Children’s Villages Association provided to Intergaz.

In addition, Intergaz Ltd. will also contribute to the employment process of young people receiving family-based care under the roof of the association. In this frame, Intergaz Ltd. and the SOS Children’s Villages Association officials will assess the probable employment conditions at least twice a year.

Within the project, Intergaz Ltd. also encourages their employees to volunteer in this project. In this frame, the personnel to be determined by Intergaz Ltd. shall be deemed to take an administrative leave during working days and will spend this time with the children in the sections to be determined by SOS Children’s Villages Association.
