The Civil Defence Organisation organised a “National Disaster and Emergency Response Exercise” between the 31st March and 1st of April. Our company which is increasing its opportunities and capabilities each day and also has a lead role on the topic of LPG, participated during the exercise. Due to a scenario created for the exercise, on the 31st of March 2016 a leak in one of the LPG tanks in the 1001 Airport Mall which led to a fire was intervened by our Company Team. The fire was put out, the subsequent leak stopped and the LPG tank was then declared safe. On the 1st of April 2016 another scenario led to a LPG fire in a building which collapsed due to an earthquake. Our Company Teams reacted to the LPG fire and leakage successfully by putting out the fire and securing the area.
